This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes conduct that is and is not permitted when using CITIZENTRUSTUNION's website and online banking Services. It applies to all users of the Services and works alongside our Terms & Conditions. Violating this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You may use the Services only for legitimate personal or business banking purposes, in a manner consistent with these guidelines, our Terms & Conditions, and applicable law.

• Engage in or facilitate fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Access or attempt to access another user's account, or any system, data, or credentials you are not authorized to access.
• Upload, transmit, or introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or networks, or bypass any security or authentication measures, without our prior written authorization.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, or similar tools) to access, extract data from, or interact with the Services without our permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff, support agents, or other users.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on our infrastructure or the availability of the Services for other users.
• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

3. Account Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your username, password, transaction PIN, and any authenticator codes confidential, and for all activity that takes place under your account. Do not share your credentials with anyone, including people claiming to represent us — we will never ask for your password or full PIN.

4. Communications & Support Channels

Our messaging, notification, and support ticket features are intended for genuine account-related communication. Do not use these channels to distribute spam, unsolicited advertising, or abusive content.

5. Monitoring & Enforcement

We may monitor use of the Services to detect activity that violates this AUP, protect the security and integrity of our systems, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. Where we identify a violation, we may warn, suspend, or terminate the account involved, decline or reverse related transactions, and report the activity to law enforcement or regulators where appropriate.
