These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CITIZENTRUSTUNION ("we," "us," "our"), including our website, online banking dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

To open an account, you must be at least 18 years old, capable of forming a binding contract, and not barred from using the Services under applicable law. We may request information to verify your identity and eligibility, and may decline to open or may close an account at our discretion where we reasonably believe these conditions are not met.

2. Account Registration & Security

When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and transaction PIN, and for all activity that occurs under your credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only for lawful personal or business banking purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We may offer features such as transfers, wire payments, e-statements, and account management tools; availability of any feature may vary and may change over time.

4. Fees & Charges

Certain transactions or services may be subject to fees, which will be disclosed to you before you incur them wherever practicable. We may update our fee schedule from time to time; continued use of the Services after a fee change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated fees.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transfers

Transactions initiated through the Services, including one-off payments and wire transfers, are subject to review and may require additional verification (such as a transaction PIN or authenticator code) before they are completed. We reserve the right to delay, decline, or reverse a transaction where we reasonably suspect error, fraud, or a violation of these Terms.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Using the Services for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or our systems.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Misrepresenting your identity or providing false account information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with the Services are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or close your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or where required to manage risk. You may close your account at any time by contacting us, subject to settlement of any outstanding balances or transactions.
