1 What is CITIZENTRUSTUNION and what services do you offer?

CITIZENTRUSTUNION is an online banking platform offering personal and business accounts, one-off and wire transfers, fixed deposits, savings accounts, credit cards, and 24/7 account management from your dashboard.

2 How do I open a new account?

Click "Sign Up" in the menu and complete the short registration form with your personal details, choose an account type, and set your login and transaction PIN. Your account is ready to use as soon as you submit it.

3 How do I log in to online banking?

Use the "Online Banking" button in the top menu and sign in with the username and password you created during registration. From there you can view balances, make transfers, and manage your profile.

4 Is online banking with you secure?

Yes. Every account is protected by a password plus an optional authenticator app (2FA), and transfers require a separate transaction PIN. We also monitor account activity and log every transfer and sign-in for your protection.

5 How do I send money to another account?

Use Quick One-Off for a fast payment to a saved or new beneficiary, or Wire Transfer for sending funds to an external bank. Both require your transaction PIN (and authenticator code, if enabled) to confirm the transfer.

6 Can I save a beneficiary so I don't re-enter their details every time?

Yes. When you complete a wire or external transfer, check "Save this beneficiary" and their bank details will be stored so you can pick them straight from the list next time you use Quick One-Off.

7 What fees does my account have?

Most day-to-day banking is fee-free; certain transactions or services may carry a fee, which is disclosed before you confirm them. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.

8 How long do transfers take to complete?

One-off payments between accounts are typically instant. Wire transfers to external banks are reviewed for verification and security first, so they may take a little longer before funds are released.

9 What is KYC and why do you need my ID?

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification step where we ask for a government-issued ID and proof of address. It helps protect your account from fraud and is a standard requirement for lifting certain account limits.
